We run a range of initiatives that support local businesses to get involved with the next generation – raising aspirations, building relationships and helping young people prepare for the world of work.

TEC.EA – Tourism Enterprise Challenge

My Tern – Internship Assessment Programme
Placing students and graduates in internships with local businesses, we run assessment days where employers can get to know candidates and see them in action before offering them a placement. Read more about MyTern here.
